Layaway Plan

Just about everyone will agree that the cost savings of cloth diapers over disposables is thousands of dollars over the years that your child will be in diapers.  However, the inital investment in cloth diapers can be difficult to come up with.  To make it a little more manageable, we are happy to offer a layway plan. 

• Shop for everything you would like, and when you checkout, enter 'Layaway' as your voucher code.  65% of your total due will be subtracted.  Pay 35% down, and we will set your order aside.
• One month later, we will charge your card for half of the remaining balance, and one month after that, will do the same.
• As soon as payment is made in full, we will ship your merchandise.  You are welcome to pay your layaway off early- just let us know and we will adjust the payment schedule!

Please note that we will automatically charge your card for each of the 3 scheduled payments. If the card is declined, we will contact you for an alternate form of payment. If we can not reach you or you do not respond, we will cancel the layaway. (Note- we do not keep your card information physically here- it is encrypted and kept on file by our payment processor, Authorize.net. We simply send the request to recharge the same card used for the original payment)

Cancellations - Please note that we do pull your merchandise at the time of your layaway order, so the inventory is unavailable to other customers. Cancelled layaways incur a 20% restocking fee.  Cancellations made within 60 days of order date will receive refunds less the restocking fee; after 60 days, we will issue a store credit less the restocking fee.

Due to the additional administrative costs of layaway, we ask that you please not layaway orders that total less than $25.00.  Please also keep in mind that this is a service we offer our customers at our own expense.  Many times, inventory is laid away that other customers would love to get their hands on!  But we reserve it for you, with the expectation that it will be paid for.  When cancellations are made, either due to a customer changing their mind, or a lapse in payment, we incur costs in the restocking of the inventory in the shopping cart for items that we could have easily sold months earlier, had they not been laid away.  Due to the increasing frequency of lapsed layaways, we are re-evaluating whether to continue offering this service.  Please do not utilize the layaway program if you are unsure you will follow through.  By entering the layaway voucher code, you agree that you understand our policies.

If you would like to make a payment on your layaway order, you can do so at any time by going to our "Layaway Payment" page. We will adjust the amount that will be deducted on your scheduled payments.
